WHAT IS Combat Archery?

Combat Archery is a team-based sport that offers a competitive combative experience. The concept of the sport is similar to a game of dodgeball, but is played with bows and foam-tipped arrows.

Combat Archery is an opportunity for people to experience how archery was originally used, for combat. Teams battle in an elimination style format that is safe, yet adrenaline pumping and oh so addictive!!.

HOW SAFE is Archery Warfare?

The equipment we use has been specifically designed for the game. The Archery Warfare arrows have a round foam tip, which will absorb the impact when it hits a player.

The Archery Warfare bows are made of flexible fibreglass material so are difficult to break, no other type of bow can be used for the game. Each player wears a safety mask for added protection to the head, and arm guards are used to protect the arm from bow string contact.
